The following observations were made regarding this item: * Has been used. This one has some scuffs/scratches on the top dark black part, most is at the top of the black material and along the sides. The gray fabric part looks pretty good, did not see snags, rips, scuffs or scratches in that material. The wheels are pretty clean and the plastic bumper guards are pretty clean. The plastic in the wheel area looks almost new, may have a small scuff or two. Inside is pretty clean. * No other problems/defects found.
